Located at Inglemoor High School, the new USA Cobra WAshington Wrestling Club (formerly Viking Wrestling Club) is easily accessible to East King County and South Snohomish County wrestlers. Wrestlers learn in a supportive environment where each practice is structured and organized to present new techniques, drilling and live wrestling.

| Systematic Development |
 There
is now a place for wrestlers of all ages to grow and
develop in a completely integrated system.
From Fall when wrestlers train in folkstyle and collegiate
styles of wrestling, through the Spring during the freestyle
and Greco-Roman competitions, wrestlers have the advantage
of learning the latest, world-class techniques from
outstanding, championship coaches
Importantly, the concepts and techniques are presented
in a systematic progression. From the important basics
of stance and positioning, wrestlers develop a solid
foundation from which advanced techniques are learned
and understood.

KIDS:
Starting as young as 4, from beginners to advanced.
• Beginners with less than 2 years experience participate as a team in the Northwest Novice League. (Winter)
• Spring: kids compete in USA Wrestling tournaments in the International style of freestyle.

JUNIOR
& SENIOR HIGH:
Beginners & advanced wrestlers get a jump on the school season
during the Fall & continue to wrestle in the International
styles in the Spring.
The club has proven to be one of the state's best, having placed wrestlers on the state team to Nationals every year.

| Get VERTICAL! Camp a Success : 75 wrestlers signed-up for the Get VERTICAL camp. Some travelled from Spokane, Walla Walla, Stanwood and Oregon for Coach Sprague's camp at Inglemoor HS, home of USA Cobra WAshington. |
